Flax is a graceful and delicate seed known for it’s beautiful blue flowers and durable fibres. It’s Latin name means “most useful”, and for good reason. In 2014 we decided to create fat poles from flax, a recyclable material yet with our high requirements on performance such as lightweight, durability and flexibility. Our formula is 70 % flax and 30% carbon fibre, which makes the pole hard-wearing but also flexible and less stiff. Just as we like it.
