WARRANTY & REFUNDS

Warranty
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Kang for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Withdrawal of an order and returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return delivered products, or exchange your purchased product within 30 days from receiving the products, provided the products are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. Please email us on warranty@kangpoles.com before returning your purchased goods.

If the products are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted. We ask you to pay for the postage to send the items back to us. 

If the products you have received are defective, please notify us promptly and return the them in accordance with the above. We will, for any products deemed defective, replace it with a product of the same model, size and color. If the product has been discontinued, you will instead receive a full refund. If the returned product has no errors or faults, we will send the product back to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and how we will handle it.

When you have been granted a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow some time to receive the refund; it may take weeks before your refund is processed and officially posted by your bank and/or credit card company.

If you’re running out of patience and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at warranty@kangpoles.com and we’ll do our best to help you.

Repairs and Quality Returns

How to start the process
If you have a Kang product which is in need of a repair or with which you have encountered a quality issue, please send us the following information to warranty@kangpoles.com:
• a clear picture of the damaged area
• a copy of the receipt/invoice (if possible) or information where and when you bought the product
• length, color and type of pole
• contact details including telephone number and address
Once we have received all of the above information, we will evaluate the best possible solution for you in accordance with our warranty. Please remember. You will be sent the relevant information to facilitate your return/repair.

How long does the process take?

Repair Service
The turnaround time for repairs varies but is usually approximately 3 weeks including the shipment to and from our workshop in Åre, Sweden. Please note that turnaround times can be affected during high season.

Quality Returns
Once your returned package has reached our office, we will process your refund/exchange within 10 business days.

Important
• Without the necessary documentation returns or repairs can’t be processed.
• Our repairs service is free of charge, however, we ask that you pay the postage to send your package to us. After this, all costs will be covered by Kang.
• If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, organise an alternative solution for you.
