The Design Process
Hedvig has been involved in every part of the design process, creating a pole that mirrors her experience as an athlete and her deep connection to the mountains.
The result is Kang’s lightest pole to date, weighing just 200 grams.
A slimmer 25 mm EVA grip provides a natural, precise feel, while the 19 mm shaft made from recycled aluminum ensures both durability and sustainability.
The New Rider's basket
Together with Hedvig, Kang has
also developed the new Rider’s basket which is a 90 mm freeride
basket that’s lighter, more flexible, and flows easily through the snow. Its
balanced design delivers a smooth, responsive feel for both freeride and
touring conditions.
