How long should my pole be?
Quick & generic length that works for most skiers:
2/3 of your body length will be good for most skiers. In other words, let's say you are 175 cm tall. Then do the following math: 0,66*175 = 115 cm pole.
Generic pole length recommendation:
0,66*160 cm = 105 cm pole
0,66*165 cm = 110 cm pole
0,66*175 cm = 115 cm pole
0,66*185 = 120-125 cm pole
0,66*190 = 125 cm pole
Pole length is of course also a matter of personal preference.
